Oh, yes. It's been a while.
I caught a mention a few years back on 4chan about this site and the writer seemed somewhat disappointed it had not been updated with any kind of progress.
Well.
- The dropship project: In 2014, I had a mate who was into learning resin casting. In those days he had the attention span of a mayfly. Project is half done and covered in dust.
- German language version of 3063: Got screwed over by a bipolar Frenchman. Hard. Moved on to another fellow, but this was about 2017 and employment woes distracted me mightily. Still on the back burner and it may never surface.
- The 3063 Update: I have several changes I would like to make to the machines in the book, but until I get some new and more importantly, needful, designs, I will leave it lay.
- The Infantry Primer: It is on the front burner, but I have to get my resources together again. Not too much of a problem. We have the COVID-19 virus to thank for this enforced idleness, and I will not let it go to waste.
Sorry to disappoint so many. I have seen many attempts at a fan TRO come and go, most notably the 4Chan TRO, and am still waiting on Aries Games' TRO to come out.
I don't play BT much anymore, maybe once or twice a year at most. I love painting the minis, but to be honest, there are a lot of things I do now that are more interesting than spending three minutes moving and calculating my to-hit numbers, then waiting 40 minutes for everyone else to make up their minds.
Thanks for stopping by!
Steve
Yeah, I feel ya about playing BT. But still good to hear from you.
ReplyDeleteTake care my friend.
